How many photos will we receive?
We don’t place a strict limit on image numbers. You’ll receive as many photos, required to best showcase your property.

How long does it take to receive photos, videos, and plans?

• Photography: Delivered within 1–2 business days (before 12pm: next day; after 12pm: within 2 business days).

• Video: Delivered within 5 business days.

• Floor & Site Plans: Delivered within 2 business days.
  Rush delivery is available on request (fees apply).

How long does a typical session take?
Standard residential and commercial properties take One to Two hours, depending on the size, features, and any additional services booked.

Do I need to be home during the Photo session?
As long as we have access, we can proceed without you.

You are welcome to attend, but please have the property fully prepared before our arrival.

If you are on site, please remain out of sight so we can work efficiently.

What happens if the property is not ready when you arrive?
We photograph and film the property exactly as it’s presented when we arrive.

We do not move furniture, clean, or stage.

If access is not possible (locked, wrong instructions, or delayed entry), a $250 call‑out fee applies.

Do you take photographs inside Vendors garages or Sheds?
We do not photograph home owners garages or sheds unless the owner has approved.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

• Cancelations within 24 hours are not permitted and you must reschedule to a new date.

• You are entitled to one free weather or health related reschedule

• Health Related Cancelations with in 24 hours are permitted with a proper Medical certificate.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered under special circumstances.
If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you may choose one of the following:

• 50% refund of the booking amount, or

• 100% store credit to use towards your next listing.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any Palm Studio Marketing service.

Can you create a Floor Plan & Site Plan?
Yes we can with our professional laser‑measuring tools.
Plans are for marketing purposes only and should be independently verified for accuracy.

What time of day is best for photography?

• East‑facing homes: Best in the morning.

• West‑facing homes: Best in the afternoon.

• General exteriors: Midday offers even lighting.
  We’ll recommend the ideal time based on your property’s layout and lighting.

Are there any drone guidelines I should know about?
Our drone operations follow CASA regulations.

Flights are weather and safety dependent.

Do you offer virtual furniture and digital decluttering?
Yes these are available as optional add‑ons.

Delivery times vary depending on the property size and complexity.
These edits must be disclosed to potential buyers; we accept no liability for non‑disclosure.

Who owns the photos and videos?
All media remains the copyright of Palm Studio Marketing.
You receive a non‑transferable license to use the media solely for marketing the specified property.

Media may not be reused, sold, or shared without written permission.
Licensing for additional uses is available on request.

How long do you store my files?
We store final edited files for 60 days after delivery.

After that, files may be permanently deleted. Retrieval after 60 days (if possible) is $100.
Ongoing clients can supply their own storage drive for secure archiving up to 13 months.

Can I request changes after delivery?
one round of basic revisions is included.

• Photography revisions: Allow 1–2 business days.

• Video revisions: Allow up to 5 business days.
  Extra revisions or changes due to client errors will be charged.

When is payment due?
Payment is due within 7 days of booking confirmation.

Late payments incur a 15% late fee. A reminder is sent on day 7 before fees apply.

Are you insured?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance and operate in compliance with CASA drone safety regulations.

How should I prepare my home for photography?
A prepared property photographs beautifully and helps buyers imagine living there.

Outside:

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, tidy gardens.

• Remove cars, bins, hoses, pool cleaners.

• Style outdoor spaces with cushions, towels, doormat, or plants.

• Remove any outside Clutter and if needed store these items in your shed/garage.

Inside:

• Kitchen: Clear benches, remove clutter, add styling touches (fruit bowl, wine glasses).

• Living Areas: Hide remotes/cables, add cushions or throws.

• Bedrooms: Make beds neatly, clear bedside tables, hide cords.

• Bathrooms: Remove toiletries, neatly fold towels, add a candle or plant.

• Throughout: Remove personal photos, open curtains, turn on all lights.
